# **How to update your google maps profile – a step-by-step guide**

Keeping your business profile on Google Maps up to date is essential – especially if you run a restaurant, bar, or café. People want to find the right info quickly, and an accurate profile makes your business look professional and trustworthy. Here’s a simple guide to help you update your profile.

1. ** Log in to your Google Business Profile**

Go to https://www.google.com/business/ and sign in with the Google account connected to your business.

If you manage more than one business, click on the one you want to update.
