What is your first thought when you wake up in the morning? If it's anything similar to "grab my phone" you're far from alone. Most of us start the day while still in bed. Either way, they are all interested in how the restaurant is actually doing. As the administrator of these reports, you can then easily forward the daily emails, or add them to the report's email list. This way, they can decide for themselves what is interesting or not.

We are solution oriented and our patience only gets worse. We do not care to wait for information, and we for sure don't like getting startled by too much information. We want relevant and timely information. Nothing less. 

Growing up in the 90s, starting a computer game could take up to 30 minutes. The computer needs to start, then read the disc and start the game (in our house, the games were the SIMS and PGA Tour). Back then, that was expected - and it was FINE. However, today irritation arise when the screen of a laptop doesn't light up as soon as I turn it on.

Expectations are shifting. Completely. The speed within our information based society is everything.
