Trivec Troopers: Tim Hoyberghs

Through our blog series, Trivec Troopers, we get the opportunity to learn more about the Trivec team. In this post we are meeting with Tim Hoyberghs, an Inside Sales Representative from Belgium. He is an enthusiastic shark lover who enjoys being out in the woods, watching movies and going to nice restaurants and bars.

Describe your career path, how did you end up at Trivec? 

I have always worked in restaurants and bars, but I have also been studying to become an educator. After 22 years of working in the restaurant business I thought it was time to move forward and get more stability in my life. Trivec was for me an outstanding opportunity to share the knowledge and experience that I have.

 

How long have you been working at Trivec?

For almost 13 months. 

 

How did you find your way to Trivec?

I was looking for a job online and I saw that Trivec was hiring people, so I took the chance, and they welcomed me for a job interview. And here we are!

 

If you were not working at Trivec, what would be your dream job?

I really love sharks, so I would want to work with those magnificent animals.

 

Which dish do you usually serve if you want to impress your guests?

Chicken with parma ham, a bit of pesto, tomato sauce and rucola salad topped with some balsamic vinegar and parmigiano reggiano.

 

What do you enjoy doing besides working?

Taking walks, watching movies, and going to nice restaurants or bars.

 

What is your dream place to travel to?

I would love to visit Australia and Scotland.

I come from Turnhout and it is the capital of playing cards.


 

Do you have any secret talents?

I can cook.

A forest. I really like being out in the woods.
