# Curious about what makes a system truly user-friendly? 🧐

Henrietta: It's teamwork that makes the difference! ✌️

At Trivec, we know that collaboration between us, our customers, and our sales team is crucial for creating smooth and user-friendly systems.

But how does that work in practice? 🤔

Henrietta: Our sales team has a background in the restaurant industry, which means they truly understand our customers' needs from the start. They also often receive direct feedback from customers and can provide smart ideas. ✅

We develop our systems together with our customers. They give us valuable feedback on new features, and we see how workflows can become even smoother. 🚀

Our product team also tests new features with customers every month — and discusses how we can improve them even further. 🔀

So customers are a big part of the development process? 😍

Henrietta: Absolutely! We have a system where a small group of customers act as "pilots" and test new features before they are released. Their honest feedback is incredibly valuable! 🌟

How do you work internally with user-friendliness? 👨‍💻👩‍💻

Henrietta: We test, click around, and iterate — over and over again. Plus, we rely on proven patterns and rules to create clear and easy-to-use systems. 🔄

Is there a project you're particularly proud of? 🎉

Henrietta: Yes! Trivec Insights — our analytics tool. It helps our customers analyze their sales data, set goals, and view historical data, including weather, and how it impacts sales. Thanks to quick feedback from our customers, we've been able to make Insights even better. 📊📈
