The Trivec Display system helps organize your kitchen – and saves you the hassle of paper printouts.
With Trivec Display you can easily track your orders between the customer’s table and the kitchen, bar, or any other workstation. You will also reduce the risk of mistakes, enhance your service quality, and help your staff keep track of orders. The system will help your kitchen and bar stay organized and keep your staff on top of their game.
After your waiting staff has taken an order, it will automatically be sent to the appropriate screen.

In the kitchen, chefs simply tap the dish they are starting to prepare. Because screens are synchronized, all other staff can view the activity. A second tap once the dish is completed will mark the item as prepared. When all dishes on the order are prepared, the waiting staff can pick up the food and bring it to the guests.
Once waiters see that their guests are ready for the next course, they push for the next order to appear on the kitchen screen.

The kitchen staff gets an easy overview of dishes in preparation, and they can easily see what is queued for later, so they can start their preparations.
You can configure alerts to the staff when an order has been on the screen for too long. The ticket will then change color, signaling that it needs immediate attention.
The bar staff will get similar help from the display system. The bartenders will see incoming drink orders and can use a simple tap to notify the waiting staff when the drinks are ready.

If your restaurant is connected to other apps such as UberEats, Foodora, Deliveroo – or our own app Trivec Buddy – these orders will appear on the screens as well.
